Equipment description
This machine is used to test the battery samples from different
heights and different angles and fall freely on the falling bottom
plates of different materials to test the safety performance of the
battery. At the same time, this machine is also suitable for free
fall test of mobile phone, walkie-talkie, electronic dictionary,
building intercom, CD/MD/MP3 and other small consumer motor
products and parts.
According to the drop height required by the test, the free fall
falls on the concrete slab or on the wooden board, and the drop
height adjustable.
Feature
This machine adopts a pneumatic structure, and the tested parts are
placed in a special fixture (adjustable stroke). Press the down
button and the cylinder is released. The test piece will be tested
for free fall. The drop height can be adjusted up and down, and a
height scale is attached to know the drop height of the test piece.
The key components of this machine are reliable in Japan, and a
variety of drop floors are available to meet different test
standards.
